UH Interns enjoy a Curry Stew Dinner

The Chapter honored the UH interns - Ku'ulani Miyashiro, Lily Leung, and Jennifer Funtanilla - at a pre-Halloween Curry Stew Dinner at the home of Karen Uemoto and Dan Lehman. The interns showed off their pumpkin carving talents for the gathering which included both members of UHAA and the Washington, D.C. Chapter of the Hawai'i State Society. The interns finish up their Washington, D.C. assignments at the Smithsonian Institution and the Veterans Administration in mid-December and will fly home in time for the Christmas holidays.
